Elegant Without Underarm Whitening Cream Mama's Pits Looked Hideous

Mama was a beautiful woman with olive skin, but she could have used some good underarm whitening cream. Apparently some people have dark pigment in their pits and Mama was one of them.

She loved going sleeveless and every time she raised her arms in front of people I died a thousand deaths. She looked like she had hairy armpits and I would see people exchanging horrified looks. My girlfriends would giggle and it would make me so hurt and mad.

Mama took such good care of herself. Of course she didn't walk around with hairy pits like people thought. It was a discoloration. The darker pigment in that area looked like hair. If we hadn't lived in the South maybe she would have worn tops with sleeves, but it was hot and she wanted to be comfortable.

She tried different brands of underarm whitening creams, always with bad results. But pits turn out to be a very sensitive area and each product she bought was too harsh. Once in a while when we'd go shopping she would see something new to try, but the story always had a disappointing result.

She would break out in rashes. Once she had such irritation she couldn't raise her arms for a week. When her lymph nodes became swollen and painful she had to undergo a series of tests. It turned out the product contained chemicals that were so harsh it was inhuman.

They found at least three chemicals that were most likely responsible for her discomfort. There were Parabens, used as a preservative in skincare products so they can last for months on end on store shelves. Parabens make products last a lot longer than natural products and still appear fresh. They cause allergic reactions and skin rashes, just what Mama was having. They can even cause cancer!

They also found DEA (diethanolamine), supposedly used to adjust the pH balance. Instead it caused a bad
allergic reaction that could have killed her!

Then there were Alcohols, too, which irritate the skin and make it dry as a bone. Alcohols stripped the protective acid from Mama's skin and allowed bacteria to get in. Turns out alcohols can even cause brown spots, just what Mama wanted to get rid of.

Once they got Mama stabilized the doctor told her to stop fooling around with her pits. He warned her about making her lymph nodes angry. He said messing with your lymph nodes is asking or trouble. So, no more underarm whitening cream for Mama.

Until the day I accidentally stumbled over the answer. I was at my friend's house and we were rummaging through her mother's bathroom cabinet looking for nail polish. There were lots of cosmetics in there and my girlfriend held one up saying it was her mother's favorite. She used it on her age spots.

I asked if it worked and when she said yes, you'd better believe that my ears perked up. I quickly looked at the ingredients and it had no chemicals. And no bleach. Maybe it would make a good underarm
whitening cream.

It was made from Extrapone Nutgrass Root Extract and it was all natural and couldn't harm you. My friend said her mother kept extras and she let me take one home for Mama to try.

The rest is history. Now Mama only buys underarm whitening cream with Extrapone Nutgrass Root Extract. It never caused her one moment of discomfort. It lightened the dark pigment to match the rest of her. And it made the skin so soft and fine. Better than before. Mama can lift her arms up all she likes now. Her pits are beautiful.

Best of Pits and Fissures Can Cause Your Child Decay

Many children erupt permanent molars thathave pits and fissures says a dentist in Marietta, GA. Pits and fissures are small grooves and holes where the enamel forms inward on itself allowing bacteria and foodto become trapped. Some are very narrow, so they are impossible to clean with a toothbrush. This allows the perfect hide-a-way for bacteria to cause decay. Most childhood decay is a result from pits and fissures, so it is necessary to protect your child's teeth if they have the defect. Pits and fissures are mostly formed on back teeth, the first and second molars. The problem was solved with the invention of the dental sealant. They can be placed on your child's teeth to help fill and cover the grooves and holes. Sealants rid the teeth of places the bacteria can hide. It is usually recommended that the back eight molars be sealed, two in each quadrant of the mouth. Your dentist may suggest others.

A dental sealantis highly effective if placed properly. It is a material that is painted on the child's teeth and no drilling is necessary. This saves your child from receiving the dreaded injection, therefore sealants are quick and painless. Normal teeth brushing and mouth rinses can not resolve the problem, so sealants are an excellent option to fill in the natural pockets, crevices and micro holes in tooth structures.

Bacteria that naturally resides in themouth fills the tiny crevices and holes. Since bacteria produces an acid that erodes enamel, some pits and fissures can not be kept clean, the decay process is left unobstructed. It is possible for the smallest dot of decay on a tooth, once drilled upon by the dentist can open exposing a large cavity. The sealant is an excellent option to fill the pits and fissures preventing decay. Sealants are important to place, since the susceptibility of teeth with pits and fissures to decay is much higher than teeth with a smooth surface.

Sealants should be applied to teeth as soon as they erupt in the mouth. It is important that your dentist use a rubber-damn to be placed properly. Most children get their first set of molars around the age of six. As soon as the tooth is grown in enough to attach a rubber-damn, then a sealant can be placed. First molars do not all grow in at the age of six. Some children get these molars at five and later than the age of six. Around twelve, a second set of permanent molars erupt and may need sealed. Since decay can happen soon after a tooth erupts, it is important to have sealants placed as soon as possible. Once a tooth has decay, a sealant can not be placed.

As long as a sealant remains intact, bacteria can not cause decay. Sealants are able to protect your child's teeth if placed properly. However, if a sealant becomes cracked, broken or in need of repair it can trap food and promote decay. Therefore, regular dental hygiene visit are important to let you know if your child needs sealants or if one is in need of repair. It has been discovered that sports drinks and colas contribute to the degredation of the sealants.

Sealants are an important part of keeping your child's teeth healthy. Theyare less costly than a filling, so it is an advantageous way to protect your child's teeth.Daily teeth brushing, flossing, limited snacking and regular visits to the dentist each are essential for a healthy mouth for your child says Marietta,Ga dentist.

New Ideas for Material Handling Around the House

Material handling on construction sites is typically done by a crew, but around the house you are usually on your own. While this is often a much less desirable chore than anything else that might need doing, you can organize and maintain all of your supplies, extra materials and season items with ease if you have the right equipment. By knowing what is available you can then plan the best organizational options to minimize how much you have to move stuff around.

One of the biggest problems with material handling around the house is constantly shifting items to get to others in the back of the shelving or cabinet. Choosing a new style of cabinet can be a timesaver and prevent you from all that extra lifting and searching. Bench cabinets are ideal for workrooms, garages, laundry rooms and storage areas since you have both a shelving unit as well as a surface area to work or to add additional storage space. These types of bench cabinets can be various widths and may be either metal or wood or a variety of materials depending on the size and style. A plastic laminate top or a steel top is a great working surface and is resistant to rust and minor dings and blemishes.

Full sized utility storage cabinets are a good option for any room. Since they come in all shapes and sizes from a tall utility locker to wall mounted units they are very versatile. Combining several different styles of cabinets ensures that you can group the materials you store in one unit and avoid having to search endlessly through all your storage areas. For seasonal decorations and items this is a great way to minimize your material handling since you don't have to be sorting through items for Christmas to find your summer gardening tools.

For craft and hobby storage or a perfect idea for a garage a cabinet that combines both shelving units for large items and bins for smaller things is a space saving answer. These cabinets, which are mini to full sized, are a handyman or handywoman's dream. There are also cabinets with all drawers or all shelves, so you can choose which option you need.

For more open types of storage in pantries, closets, laundry rooms and kitchens open storage racks with adjustable shelves are a simple way to allow easy access to all items. The easy to clean and durable material handling racks are a great organizational tool. You can always add castors to make moving the racks a breeze. Wire shelving styles and solid bins that are used to make dividers on the racks also help with organization and easy location of even the most infrequently used spices in your collection.

For all that summer material handling and organizing, a small or large sized outdoor garden shed is just the answer. These simple yet very elegant looking buildings can be located anywhere in the yard to add significantly to your seasonal storage needs. A great idea for your deck is a deck box, which doubles as a bench for storage of sports equipment, patio items or even your holiday decorations in the off season.

With a bit of advanced planning and some creative ideas you can minimize the yearly stress over material handling problems in the home. The best option is to have the right storage and organizational space available so when you are putting things away or looking for that particular item you know right where to go, every time.

Elegant Halloween Costume Ideas

Everyone is searching for inexpensive but cool Halloween costume ideas. I have suggested two costume ideas below. You can make these at home with simple supplies. Have a great Halloween.

Scary Bony Hands:

What you need?

Sticks about 1/2 inches to 1/4 inches wide, having some knobs and irregularities

A pair of cheap black knit gloves.

White acrylic paint

Water

A low-temp hot glue gun and glue sticks

Get a few sticks with a bony look. Divide them in lengths just like the bones in your hands. Take at least eight sticks about 3 inches long, ten about 2 inches long for the fingertips, and twelve sticks about 1 inch long. Sticks used for the fingertips are made extra long to give a scary look. Take approx measurements. Pour about one part white paint for about four parts water in a disposable container. Mix well. Dip the bones and stir. Once they are covered fully, take them out and put them to dry. Roll the bones after some time to let them dry on the other side.

After the bones get dry, hot glue the eight longest sticks to the back of each glove so that each stick lies over a real bone on the back of the hand. Hot glue in place. Take two 2" bones for the lowest thumb part and glue in place. Complete the thumbs by sticking two 1" bones on each joint in the thumbs. Take 1" sticks to hot glue to the lowest part of the glove fingers where the fingers join together. Lastly take 2" lengths for the fingertips. These last eight pieces you should only hot glue to the middle section of the fingers. This allows the person wearing the gloves to bend their fingers and get the fingertips out of the way. Your gloves are ready.

Movie Popcorn Box:

You need a large box in the shape of the popcorn box you find in movie theatres. It should cover your face completely and be comfortable while wearing. Take the box, wear it over your head. Cut holes in front of the eyes so that you can see properly.  Cut a hole in front of your nose. Paint and model the box just like the popcorn boxes you get in theatres. Team this headwear with any scary movie poster you can wrap around your body. Your costume is ready. Team it up with the scary bony hands above.

New Weird House Architecture Designs

Most people want to own big, beautiful and stylish houses. Therefore, we are often interested in nice mansions which are professionally designed but do not pay much attention to normal and simple houses standing on our ways to school, work office or market. Some of the following houses may be built in strange ways, which make people burst into a laugh. An antenna is placed on the roof of a toilet, only one small roof need to be propped up with three pillars, a tree becomes one part of the house, and a house is built without a door, and so on. Let’s look at these architectures in the following photos below to have fun

The antenna is set on the roof of a toilet. Where is the television?

Only one roof needs to be propped up with three pillars

Need more space for living? Hire extreme and fearless contractors

Do you think the tree has appeared first or the house?

Is this a chimney or a water-pipe???

Do you want to enter the house? Let’s climb through the window

Do you dare to have a pee in front of many hand-washing people?

The colors are mixed so carefully

A public restroom

There are many different kinds of stairway. But this may be the most original one in the world

This one can not be called a house any more

Is this a new form of pillar?

People now can witness the arrival of Electric Spaghetti Monster

The design is too hard for people to understand

Lovely Japanese Gardening

The basics of a Japanese Garden

Most of us have a pre-determined notion of what a Japanese garden looks like. We think of certain details which come to mind, things like the ever popular Japanese maples giving off their fiery glow in the fall. Or expanses of Kurume azaleas or rhododendrons with their fine spring colors. Or perhaps it is the rustling of a slender bamboo in the breeze.

Whatever it is, there is always something soothing about the typical Japanese garden. But is there, in fact, such a thing as a typical Japanese garden?

There are different kinds of Japanese gardens, each having their very own personality, if you will.

Some of the best known gardens in Japan, have almost no plantings at all, but are comprised of carefully tended "seas" of fine gravel surrounding rock groupings. Perhaps there is no better example of this than the world renowned garden at Ryoan-ji.

Ryoan-ji is undoubtedly the finest example of a Zen type garden and receives tens of thousands of visitors every year. In fact, it is so popular, that one side of it is lined with a large seating area to accommodate tour groups. It is considered de rigeur for all school children in the area to visit Ryoan-ji as part of their education.

While such a garden may appear to be very simple in both its' design and construction, it is accepted that much thought went into this magical place to reach this level of perceived simplicity.

Japanese gardens span the full spectrum of garden types, from the dry garden as at Ryoan-ji, to large pond type gardens with their lazily swimming and brightly colored koi. And everything in between.

One of the favorite tricks of Japanese garden designers in the past has been to use borrowed scenery to enhance their appearance. What this does, is to make the garden appear to blend in with, and take advantage of, the immediate surroundings. It gives the impression of much greater overall size.

Whether or not these surroundings are very close, or consist of distant mountain views, every effort is made to incorporate such views by carefully designing viewing areas to take full advantage of the natural surroundings.

Perhaps one of the most loved is the Japanese tea garden, with its' own tea house. These gardens are usually quite small, and are sometimes included as a distinct part of a larger garden. The Nitobe Gardens in Vancouver are an example of such a tea garden. The garden itself is fairly large and contains most of the elements you would expect to find in an authentic garden of this type.

Should you find yourself interested in the fascinating subject of how to build your own Japanese style garden, an excellent place to begin is to study those gardens in existence already. Whether or not you have the ability to travel to Japan and visit some of these gardens first hand should not deter you. Fortunately for us, the internet has given us access to the best of the best.

Secondly, and by no means an inferior resource, their exists a wonderful variety of top notch books, almost all of which are available in the English language. Over the years I have been able to accumulate a substantial library by many of the finest authors on the subject.
